It wasn't mentioned if this was a sequel or prequel to black label, but we assumed it was a prequel because the first chapter shows Kaoru with his leg broken.
It's possible also that every one of these chapters takes place in a different time.
I think we should wait for more chapters to know better!

Don't hate on Tachi. She supports Nana and Kaoru. Kaoru was her first Dom before she discovered that she's a switch. She just hasn't met that special someone yet and she's upset she can't get her release now that they're in an exclusive Dom/sub relationship. I wonder if she'll meet someone just for her in this branch of the manga?
